This Postcard Bundle includes three abstract watercolour sketches, exploring earthy shades with cooler tones of Paynes Grey (Who doesn’t love Paynes Grey?) All sketches are hand-painted, so when you send them to a dear friend, they may hang them as a piece of art, making your note last forever.

These three postcards are part of my first round of Postcard Bundles, giving you an opportunity to send a friend a note, while gifting a small original painting (sketch).

They were created in pomodoro batches, helping me to focus, not get stuck in details and helped to reduce a feeling of blank canvas anxiety, as I wasn’t able to paint in a while. These abstracts celebrate the summer, earth and nature, autumn arriving and playing with forms and shapes.

If you enjoy sending postcards as much as I do, this is your opportunity! (Or keep them for yourself to hang as art. I won’t tell anybody!)

Postcards: Hahnemühle Watercolour Postcards 230 gr /m2; Size: A6

Envelopes: Standard A6 envelopes.

Paint: Sennelier Watercolour

Colour Representation: Photograping paintings isn’t easy, but I’ve tried my best to create images that represent the colours best.
HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR ART

If you plan on sending these postcards to a friend, I’d recommend using an envelope, so they won’t get damaged during shipping. Then, for decorative purposes, it’s best to keep the paintings away from direct sunlight and frame it behind glass. Colours still may change slightly over time.
SUSTAINABILITY

I give my best to make my painting practice more sustainable, so here are some details:
The Postcard Bundles are painted on Hahnemühle Watercolour Postcards using 230 gsm coldpress watercolor paper. My watercolour paint is from Sennelier. I can neither track the origins and production process of the watercolor paper, nor of the paint, so I can’t make any statements regarding the sustainability of the postcard bundle.

Shipping costs for these bundles are 6€. Please note that I only ship within Europe, if you’re from somewhere else send me an email! I’ll try to make sure your bundle is carefully and safely packed to be shipped to your door.
